'Always the guest' is Wendy's first book. It's a story about loss, motherhood and how she found her home in Pakistan. In the book she tells in little stories accompanied by images about her life, the losses she suffered and her journey to finding a home. But also immersing herself in her new home land and documenting the lives people were living their. She followed a gynaecologist and when huge floods made millions of people homeless she found a family who had been victims to the floods and who where now living in tends. With each journey she finds a little piece of herself.
